OTC drafts its members on the 15th of each month. You may also bring a voided check to your first class or pay your membership in full(12 months)
Membership Guidelines *
Membership Guidelines Your membership dues include the following benefits: Access to FREE year-round classes, discounted lessons and camps, monthly social events, tournaments, challenge ladders, ball machine, tennis newsletter, community enrichment and more. OTC is a non-profit(501c3) tennis club and relies on its membership dues, camp and events fees and donations to continue to offer affordable tennis to the community as well as growing and promoting youth tennis throughout the community. Membership may be terminated at any time, without any notice, by the OTC board of directors for conducting yourself in a manner deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other OTC members or its staff. OTC reserves the right to increase dues annually by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the increase. It is your responsibility to make sure that all information provided for payment purposes is current and valid. OTC may deny access to membership privileges until payment is up to date. All fees associated with joining or being a member of OTC are non-refundable and non-transferable. OTC may take photos or videos of me/us and may use these photos for its marketing purposes. Monthly Draft Information Drafts will begin at the time of joining OTC and continue on for a minimum of 12 months and thereafter until you choose to terminate your membership. This initial membership is for 12 months. At the end of a 12 month contract, a new 12 month contract is automatically renewed unless you choose to terminate your membership. You must provide OTC with written notice to terminate your membership, at least 30 days prior to termination. If you choose termination before the end of the 12 month contract you are immediately responsible for the remainder of your monthly membership dues. Any costs, attorneys’ fees, and/or collection agency fees incurred by the OTC to recover all remaining or outstanding monthly membership dues and/or other OTC charges owed by you will be your sole responsibility to pay. In the event of any changes to the monthly draft information, OTC must be provided at least 30 days written notice. If the monthly draft is not honored by your bank and/or credit card that you are still responsible for the payment as well as any additional service fees for draft returns.
